Kurt expressed that the name of Yasemin Koç would live this way.

The opening story of the Cinarcik Public Library, which was opened in 1982, begins with the arrival of the daughter of Seven Days in the Cinarcik, the daughter of the Second Day, from the founders of the library to Yalova because it is not a library.

On his cold winter day, the fact that he was ill while returning home from the Yalova Library, dropped his question "why is not there a library in Çınarcık".

After this, especially the Çınarcıklı ladies and the Mayor Turgut Kurt, High School Principal İrfan Tuncel, Teachers Ali Can Bey and Nahiye Principal Nurhan Canbaz, two years of sacrifice work; On November 11, 1982, Çınarcık Public Library, which was opened by the governor of Nevzad Ayas, was brought to the people of Çınarcık.
