He was born in 1978 in Izmit. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in İzmit. Trakya University, Faculty of Engineering, Environmental Engineering.

In 2012, our municipality began the referral in the Blue Sea Treatment Association. He was appointed to the Cleaning Services Department in 2014 and to the Science Department in 2017. He is married and has two children.
