PRESS PUBLICATION PUBLIC RELATIONS AND MUKHTARITIES DIRECTORATE

The main tasks of the Directorate of Public Relations and Mukhtarlık are to adopt the targets determined by the management to the people of the district , to announce the studies to the public continuously and fully, to determine what they are asking for and thinking of the management and to transfer them to the presidency.

In addition, by taking trust and support in all the activities of the district Directorate, the participatory, with a transparent human-oriented management approach, gives priority to the right of the public to obtain information and helps to make sure that the opinions and opinions of every segment are revealed and evaluated.

The municipality of Çınarcık consists of 1 Director , 1 staff member and 6 Office personnel of the Directorate of Public Relations and Mukhtarlık. Press publication , Public Relations and Mukhtarlık service includes 1 staff of workers and 3 Office personnel, 1 Office personnel in Yasemin Koç Public Library, 2 Office personnel in city memory Center and Project Development Office.

• The municipality of Çınarcık provides coordination between the press , Public Relations and Mukhtarlık service and the press and the public, follows the written and oral press, collects news and transmits information about the studies to the local and national press.
• Performs the orders to be taken by the presidency in full and in full and organizes the press meetings.
• Performs public opinion formation studies in the district and performs image studies in the period.
• It follows the flow of written and communication tools, visual tools, organizations and services for the target audiences.
• By accepting requests from citizens such as complaints, suggestions and requests, it tries to direct them to the relevant units.
• Provides meetings of public days.
• The President shall determine the time and place of the official and special ceremonies and meetings to be attended by the President and shall ensure that the congratulatory and condolences messages deemed necessary by the president are sent.
• In order to direct the people of the district to culture, art and sports, it organizes social and cultural activities and tries to provide support in cooperation with the official and non-governmental organizations involved in such activities.
• It informs the townspeople about the daily activities of the municipality of Çınarcık and provides coordination between the units within the municipality.

Yasemin Koç public library provides services such as working in a decent and safe environment, reading books, doing projects and homework, using Internet services, borrowing from books, periodicals and visual images, participating in activities (trainings, cinevision shows, activities in certain days and weeks, storytelling and game play activities).

The number of library members is 410 and in 2016, a total of 1323 books were lent to our readers.

There are 7890 books in our library. Most of the books are obtained through donations.
 

The “city museum” Project Office was founded in February of 2016 in the service building of the municipality of Çınarcık.

Çınarcık City memory center; geography, climate and population structure, economic structure, spatial development of the city, education, culture and art, tourism, public spaces, daily life by doing Studies under the main headings of the city museum planned to be established in our district “certificate” is the basis. The mission of the Çınarcık City memory center is to create awareness and awareness among the inhabitants of the city through the investigation of the history of the city. Our main aim is to be a information - document center where the originals or copies of the works that are being made and made in Turkey and abroad (especially those in the city) are collected and opened to the researchers and the city and to compile related books, articles, archives, reports, audiovisual materials and to carry out studies that encourage the development of In addition, to document and protect the historical heritage of Çınarcık, to create social networks, to raise awareness on the protection of the historical heritage and to help increase the number and effectiveness of the research activities with potential resources.

In this context, the center will gather the works and productions made in all disciplines of interest to the city, especially in written and oral history of Çınarcık and its surroundings from past to present.
