OUR MAYOR AVNİ KURT ATTENDED THE MEETING ON FIRE SAFETY OF ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES IN YALOVA
Our Mayor Avni Kurt attended the meeting held in Yalova Governorship where the issue of ‘fire safety inspection in accommodation facilities’ was discussed.
On 21 January 2025, after the hotel disaster in Bolu, Yalova Governorate started fire safety inspections in 124 accommodation facilities across the province. During the inspections carried out by 5-person commissions, various deficiencies were detected in hotels and hostels.
At the meeting held to evaluate the data obtained from the inspections, inspection results and solution suggestions were shared. Yalova Governor Dr. Hülya Kaya emphasised that the inspections will continue and the deficiencies should be eliminated quickly.
