Our Mayor Avni Kurt published a message on 23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day.
Our Mayor Avni Kurt in his message; "23 April is a special day when we commemorate the anniversary of the opening of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and celebrate the children's holiday. On this national holiday, which we celebrate with enthusiasm every year, we both realise the importance of national sovereignty and present our love for children. I commemorate with respect, mercy and gratitude the Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who founded the Turkish Grand National Assembly with the idea that ‘Sovereignty unconditionally belongs to the nation’ and dedicated 23 April to children. I sincerely congratulate the holiday of our children and all the children of the world who will carry this country to a bright future. 23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day is happy."
