MAVİ DENİZ WASTE WATER TREATMENT UNIT

MAVİ DENİZ WASTE WATER TREATMENT UNIT

Çınarcık Municipal waste waters from Teşvikiye and Kocadere are collected at the transfer station in Karpuzdere and transferred to our facility with a daily flow rate of 2500 m3.

The biological treatment is carried out in our Mavi Deniz Waste Water Treatment Plant which is installed on 42.000 m2 area.

All systems in our facility are automatic and controlled by authorized personnel through computer. Our facility is staffed 24 hours a day and the quality of the water is monitored by the ministry with its online monitoring cabinet.

System:

  1. Girders, Sand and Oil Holders
  2.  Balancing Pool
  3.  Biological Reactor (Ventilation Pool)
  4.  Precipation Pool and Sea Discharge Unit
  5.  Mud Dewatering Unit

the form is installed.

  1. Entrance and Grilles: The waters collected from the houses are poured into the water inlet structure and the grate, the first unit of the facility, with attraction and promotion stations. Here, the solid substances in the water (remaining garbage) are separated from the waste water by the help of grids and taken out (garbage tanks). Grids 2 automatic and 1 manual installed. In sand and oil holders, the sand and oil contained in the wastewater are discharged from the system by the linear scraper on the balancing pool. With the help of the sand pumps collected in the pool bottom, the oil is taken to the waste containers and the oil is taken to the oil tank with the help of oil pumps again.
  2. Balancing Pool: Balancing Pool is the pool where the amount of idle water is balanced by the amount and pollution and the pre-treatment starts. The wastewater is distributed homogeneously from here to the aeration basin.
  3. Biological Reactor (Ventilation Pool): Air is supplied into the ventilation pool by blower. The supplied air is distributed equally to the pool with the aid of a diffuser installed at the bottom of the pool. Thus, the microorganisms in the wastewater develop and destroy all organic matter and contaminants. At the end of this process, the organic matter in the wastewater is biodegraded. Water is then delivered to the settling pools.
  4. Precipitation Pool and Sea Discharge Unit: The treated water from the ventilation pool where biological treatment is made is transferred to the settling pool. Here the water is rested and microorganisms and solid particles (sludge) are deposited at the pool bottom. Sludge deposited on the bottom of the pool is taken from the pool with the help of pumps and transferred to the mud tank. The water overflowing from the pool is transferred to the sea discharge unit and discharged deep into the sea with the help of pumps. (400 meters from the shore and 43 meters deep)
  5. Sludge Dewatering Unit: Sludge taken from the bottom of the sedimentation pool to the sludge recycle unit is transferred to the sludge tank with the help of pumps. From here the sludge from the sludge dewatering unit is removed from the system after a series of operations.
