Human resources management is the management of all activities carried out in order to achieve, develop, motivate and keep high performance workforce within an organization. To monitor, apply and carry out the planning activities of all the departments in the municipality, especially the personnel selection, placement, training, labor force planning and organization, the training and development programs necessary for all the departments in the municipality to be able to work in harmony.; the realization of the training and evaluation of the results are responsible for organizing motivation-enhancing social activities for the personnel and for ensuring the publications for the professional and personal development of the personnel.

WORKING ACTIVITIES

To meet the staff needs of the municipality, - to raise the staff, to perform the promotion and adjustment procedures of the civil servants; staffing policy and standards, practice and procedures, assignment of personnel, cancellation and modification operations to make all personnel (Officer, contract employees, Workers) to make procedures let - all personnel (Officer, contract employees, workers) to keep up to date by keeping of personnel files - all personnel (Officer, contract employees, workers) disciplinary procedures - officers, labor unions, and quit, make correspondence with other Union accession process - the working process of staff collective work contract edit - To complete the procedures of High School and university students applying for internship
