ÇINARCIK MUNICIPALITY AND KORU MUNICIPALITY SIGNED A COOPERATION PROTOCOL FOR STRAY ANIMALS

A cooperation protocol was signed between Çınarcık Municipality and Koru Municipality for stray animals.

The protocol signed in accordance with the Implementing Regulation on the Protection of Animals, which entered into force with the Official Gazette dated 12 December 2024 and numbered 32751, includes taking the animals in the responsibility area of Koru Municipality to the Stray Animal Rehabilitation Centre Temporary Care Home of Çınarcık Municipality, where they will be cared, treated and protected.

Our Mayor Avni Kurt and Koru Mayor Kamil Yaman stated that the cooperation protocol they signed is an important step for the stray animals in our region and that they will fulfil the requirements of the protocol with sensitivity.
